1. Who operates FunnelQuick

FunnelQuick is a SaaS product for fitness coaches to create, edit, preview, publish, and transfer structured campaign pages.

2. Information the service uses

Account information

When you create an account, FunnelQuick uses your email address and authentication credentials. Supabase provides the email-and-password authentication system and processes the credentials needed to create and secure your session.

Brand and campaign information

The service stores information you enter into brand profiles and campaigns, including business and coach names, descriptions, target audience, brand voice, colors, fonts, offer details, benefits, calls to action, proof, urgency, and limited page styling.

Pages and assets

FunnelQuick stores structured page sections, their order and visibility, public-page slugs, and page content. The database and storage setup supports logos, coach photos, and page images. Content becomes publicly accessible when you intentionally publish a page.

Technical information

FunnelQuick uses authentication cookies or similar session technologies to keep you signed in and protect private routes. Hosting and database providers may process request, device, IP-address, and security-log information as part of operating their services. The current application does not include advertising trackers or a product analytics tool.

3. How information is used

• Create and secure your account and session.
• Save your brands, campaign briefs, page sections, and publishing settings.
• Provide editing, autosaving, preview, publishing, and export functions.
• Send account confirmation and password-recovery messages through the authentication system.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of the service.
• Respond to support requests you choose to send.

4. Service providers and disclosures

FunnelQuick currently relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services, and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy documents. FunnelQuick does not currently contain code that sells personal information or sends it to advertising networks.

A published campaign page is intentionally public. A CTA can send a visitor to an external website chosen by the account owner; that external service has its own privacy practices.

5. Security and ownership controls

Private database records use user-ownership fields and Row Level Security rules so authenticated users can access only their own brands, campaigns, page sections, and private records. Publicly published pages are readable without signing in. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

Campaigns and brands can be deleted through the current application where that control is available. Related database records are configured to be removed when their owning record or authentication account is deleted, subject to provider backups and legal obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and edit most brand and campaign information inside FunnelQuick. You may request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting personal information by using the contact method listed on the Support page. Rights vary by location.

8. Children and sensitive information

FunnelQuick is a business tool for fitness professionals. Users should not enter medical records, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information into campaign content.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes should be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Questions and privacy requests may be sent through the contact method on the Support page.
