Refund and Cancellation Policy
This draft reflects the current MVP, which does not yet collect payments inside FunnelQuick.
1. Current payment status
FunnelQuick does not currently have an in-app checkout, subscription billing system, or automated renewal process. Creating an account does not charge a card or create a paid subscription.
2. Founding-user offer
The public sales page describes a proposed founding-user offer of $99 for the first year, followed by $19 per month while the account remains active, and a planned standard price of $29 per month. Those amounts are offer information, not evidence that a payment has been collected.
If a founding-user payment is arranged directly, the customer must receive the applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before payment is accepted.
3. Cancellation today
Because automated subscription billing is not active, there is currently no paid subscription to cancel inside the application. A user who wants to stop using FunnelQuick or request account closure should contact support using the Support page.
Deleting a campaign or brand does not delete the authentication account. The current MVP does not include a self-service account-deletion button.
4. Refund rules
5. Future billing changes
When payment functionality is introduced, this policy must be updated before launch to name the payment processor and explain checkout, taxes, renewals, cancellation steps, failed payments, plan changes, access after cancellation, data retention, and refund handling.
6. Contact
Questions about a founding-user arrangement, cancellation, account closure, or a payment made outside the application should be sent through the contact method listed on the Support page. Include the account email and enough information to identify the transaction, but never send a full card number or password.
