Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the rules for using the current FunnelQuick MVP.
1. Agreement and operator
By creating an account or using FunnelQuick, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FunnelQuick helps fitness coaches create structured campaign pages using saved brand profiles, guided campaign details, three fixed templates, a structured editor, desktop and mobile previews, hosted public URLs, and downloadable GoHighLevel Transfer Packs.
The current MVP does not provide built-in lead collection, a CRM, email automation, direct GoHighLevel synchronization, analytics, custom domains for customer pages, or a free-form design canvas.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the brand, offer, copy, images, links, and other content you submit. You give FunnelQuick the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and export that content so the service can function.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and external CTA destinations are lawful, accurate, and authorized. You must verify testimonials, prices, dates, credentials, guarantees, and result claims before publishing.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use FunnelQuick to break the law; violate privacy, intellectual-property, or publicity rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; impersonate another person or business; or publish deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
6. Public pages and third-party services
When you publish a campaign, its content becomes publicly accessible through its FunnelQuick URL. CTA links and exported Transfer Packs may be used with services FunnelQuick does not control. Your use of Supabase, GoHighLevel, forms, calendars, checkout tools, CRMs, or other external services may also be governed by their terms.
7. Fees and founding access
The current MVP does not collect payments inside the application. The sales page may describe a planned standard price and a limited founding-user offer, but creating an account does not itself complete a paid purchase. Any paid enrollment must be confirmed directly with the operator and documented at that time.
8. Availability and changes
FunnelQuick is an early-stage MVP and may change as it develops. No uptime, launch result, revenue result, lead volume, conversion rate, or business outcome is guaranteed. Users remain responsible for reviewing pages and keeping backup copies of important exported material.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Users may ask to close their account through the Support page.
